#74124 - Snub diode |
I have been browsing the archives looking for info on eliminating noise from my ignition circuit. I am using the ciruit below as a guidline. In my case the 2n2222a is substituted for a higher output BU807. The Led of course is substituted for a coil, R1 is 10ohms and the input is from a 2n2222a not the mcu output. VLoad is also VCC in my case.
It produces excellent spark without the snub in place, it produces no spark with the snub in place but does still produce an output I can check with a 12 volt test diode. ![]() |
