#74301 - RE: devellopement kit
Responding to: ???'s previous message
didn't want to start a school war where there isn't need of
I use both systems but i definitly prefer develloping under linux because
1) Emacs
2) Mostly open source tools
3) My experience with 68k asm showed that GCC is a way better solution than any proprietary C/68kasm compiler under windows (and i used a prety expensive ~400£ IDE)

actually i use windows when i devellop graphic apps for windows, linux for everything else
A ssh session usually decide any windows user to switch to unixes.
The great advantage of linux for me is that when i m at school i just use a simple
ssh -X A208.estus.iiens.net (don 't dream the name in not public) and i m connected on my machine as if i was in front of it). That was the only reason of suche a request. I m very respectfur of the integrated graphic frontend develloped by KroSoft (oops)
