#74515 - Memory devices for 8051 |
Hello friends ,
I need a bit of advice on memory devices. I have to develop a data acquisition device with about 1~2 MB memory for data storage. I do not wish to use a CF card as it is a bit of overkill with >125 MB and expensive. Could any of you suggest a memory chip preferably I2C or SPI device by which I can get this done ? I will google for this , but if someone can suggest a workable solution , my job would be expedited. Any advice would be appreciated. Kind regards Thomas |
