Point well taken Erik, and not as a flame :o)
DataFlash is available up to 64Mbit (= 8Mbyte). I merely quoted the price for a 1Mbit device because I recently used a bunch of them and I could look up what I had paid for them. Correcting the prices in the Farnell catalogue to 'real world' prices, I would say that a 16Mbit (2Mbyte) DataFlash should cost around €3.50 Rob. |
