#74642 - RE: Memory devices for 8051 Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hi Rob ,
I was just checking out some of DataFlash products , quite remarkable data volume considering their form factor. What price ? Any ball park figure ? These chips seem to be based on 3.6 V , so some maxim chips required to interface 5V uC to 3.6V ? Anyways , getting this stuff in Mumbai is probably akin to getting moon rocks. Regards Thomas |
