I know that it is very difficult.
I know all the 51' driva capable of generating 6 PWM waveform and how to drive IGBT etc But before starting the project i want to get feedbac from members how had already tried this. May main area of concern are power stage design -IGBT gate driving circuit , protection , heat generation and feedback. I read through all IR / ST & other manu appli notes and they suggest so many alternatives with pro & cons for all these that it become confusing to decide which scheme to use. |
