12pf with .0033mf.(as mentioned in the schematic)
The schematic states 33nF where you are using 3.3 nf.

With 12p instead of 3n3 your clock would be running about 200 times faster and at such frequencies I can see the motor windings behaving VERY diffrently re impedance. I suggest you replace the 3n3 with a 33n just to make it 'standard'
