After a rising of VCC , POF is on, you must clear it. If you push the reset buton then the bit is 0.
If power fails then the POF will be again 1 Oleg did you tested the AT89c51ED2 without external supervisor? I was using an external supervisor because the PCB is for the T89c51RD2 but seems it works perfect without any external reset circuit. Regards |
