Panduit. Specifically, Panduit Cable Tray. It's a plasitc channel (square U-shape in cross section) with a series of closely spaced slots on the sides, and a plastic cap that snaps on the top to close everything in. It mounts nicely with double sided tape. Wires can enter the tray (through the side slots) anywhere along the length, and can likewise exit the tray anywhere.
