This is not an original, a while ago someone posted something like:

Pick two, you will never get 3

This applies very much here. You are trying to make precision for pennies - no can do. So often someone will see something and think "that price is outrageous, I can do it for half" and halfway through the project they find out why the product is expensive and lose their shirt. Been there, done that (long ago).
