#81822 - Nonvolatile Ram with microcontroller |
I want to connect a Non-Volatile Ram with any microcontroller, let say AT89c51. Any body plz tell me if there is any Battery powered RAM that i can connect with microcontroller So i can store data on it permanentely or i can make ram of microcontroller batterey powered, Suggest me some links or any material.
