#82058 - NV RAM Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I want to connect a Non-Volatile Ram with any microcontroller, let say AT89c51. Any body plz tell me if there is any Battery powered RAM that i can connect with microcontroller So i can store data on it permanentely or i can make ram of microcontroller batterey powered, Suggest me some links or any material. Well, let's see: 1) Dallas (now Maxim) DS5000 has a built-in battery. It's kinda expensive. 2) I've used Simtek NV RAMs in the past. The one I used was pin-compatible with standard small SRAMs, too. Worked well. -a |
