Thanks for your reply you are right P89V51RD2 has PCA feature with capture compare on 5 pins P1.3 to P1.7 It would have been the best thing to use the CCU of micro and certainly with next batch of boards I will do the same, but many boards have been made and populated thus we have to do something with these boards also.
