I think too, that could be great, if you read the doccument named by Eric, but I've a doubt......what about the cable you are using ? is it really correct ? you name "CAT5".
Are we talking about, Belden type cable, 22 AWG to 24 AWG with a Z=100-150 ohms ? Shielded Cable ? What do you think about this guys ? Sorry, but almost every days...i discuss that, with people that wants to get ready a RS485 net, and use any type cables here. Good Luck. |
