I have to implement only 10 nodes but wireless sensor networks may have thousands of nodes.Also the network will be multihop and self organising so i think for these reasons there will be a need for some RTOS.
The sensors data will be transmitted to a PC where it will be stored in a database and then that database can be accessed through internet Most chip manufacturers publish the schematics of their dev kits, and make any software available for download - so you should be able to build everything you require.
There is nothing magic about dev kits - you are just paying for the convenience of having a ready designed, built, tested, documented, supported platform. Yes i have all that files for that but i can only get the RF module fabricated not the Development board(due to financial problem)I want to know if some one has used this Chip CC1010 in any project he can tell how much difficult or easy it would be to use it without development board |
