when this switch is frequently used to on/off contactor,mcu start detecting wrong input, Do you mean that you use the manual switch to turn on/off the main contactor when it has been turned on by the MCU? There must be some inductive load driven through main contactor??? MCUs often go crazy (if not designed and handeled properly) in the vicinity of inductive load switching.
