#82927 - hi all i find the cause of problem Responding to: ???'s previous message |
it is not due to contactor,it 440v sparking in no/nc switch(push to on push to off)
now trick which i had used to get rid of this is no/nc switch is now operated on 24dc(even 24 ac creating problem) rather than 440v ac and another relay is used to switch contatcor, now the arrangement is 24vdc switch---->relay coil--->contactor coil. although system is working but i am not fully satisfied as there will be alwayas lots of switching in field near to machine offcourse 440v ac to anybody who can get me off this problem ac sparking. |
