Dear Kuldeep:
After read, all comments I will suggest you some to do. It's not still very clear for me, what's your hard, but in industrial application with contactors, I many times did the following, with best results. 1- Any CPU board fully isolated from the rest of circuit, to avoid EMI and ground loops. 2- In the case that fails continue, I use a solid state, 3 phase contactor made with MOC3042 optocouplers and driving triacs. I was driving until 20Hp trifasic motors and a lot of solenoids with zero noise in CPU's environment. 3- Obviously I used a different power supply for CPU and externals sensors. Good Luck. |
