#82915 - Nixie Tubes on eBay Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hi Steve,
I just typed "nixie" into the main page search engine on eBay and, after subtracting about 54 itmes that were listed in "Women's Apparel" there were almost a hundred listings left. They ranged from various quantities of nixie tubes to the sockets they plug into, to novel products that incorporate them. That is a smart looking clock. There's something about the old nixie tubes. They seem strained, almost tortured, in the way they go to such lengths to produce a digital output. Still, there's something elegant about them. Thanks for sharing Charles. |
