If you REALLY want to design your own controller, then look at TI's MSC1210 series or Analog Devices ADuC824/834 - these will accept the sensor directly. Analog Devices have app notes on how to do this (TI may also). For me, I would just buy a ready built device - companies like FUJI make these things by the millions - they're only a couple of cubic inches in size, fully tested and calibrated for probably less then the evaluation board for the AduC834. These items also have built in pid or fuzzy control algorithms. |
