I don't know why I hadn't thought of this before.
If you refer to "Can we solve like this?" read my comment. One of the observations that I can't explain is why I don't seem to be able to read the IP register. Attempts to read it back, to confirm interrupt priorities, do not indicate that the command has been acknowedged. (i.e. I write 0x2 to IP and then read it back immediately and get 0x80) How do you read it, my ICE read it with no problems. This is new hardware (an update of a previous design to deal with obsolesence) and my confidence in the hardare is not 100%. I do not see how hardware could hinder write/read of IP Do you have any trouble reading the IP register? NEVER Am I fighting a hardware problem? Possibly, but not in realtion to IP Erik I recall you saying above that you have an ICE, why not use it? |
