#84950 - erasing ROM ????
Responding to: ???'s previous message
I have P89C51RD2, I have erased entire chip. By mistake its ISP code which resides in a chip also get erased
in the P89C51Rx2 the ISP code is in ROM, you can NOT erase it.

You can, however, blow the reset vector and that can be restored in a parallel programmer. The usual reason for blowing the vector is relying on a R$C reset.
