Thats may and may not be the case with Grants 'publication' - regardless I want to say the following:
Sometimes a FAE will, to solve a particular ptoblem you may have, let you have access to some "confidential" information. It is a disservice to those that try to help to break such confidentiality. These FAEs try their darndest to help and if their help is abused, the willingness to go the extra mile will drop dramatically. Erik |
