1 Your signal comes out on the Tx pin on the processor, not the Rx
2 You should initialize your UART and start the timer first and then go on to your program, you shouldn't do it every time you are going to send something. I have not checked the logic of the program, try to run it in a simulator first, and check the signal directly on the TxD pin when you are running it on HW, so you know it's coming out of the chip. Check the tutorials, link to the left. |
