Your project has 2 parts:
1. The inputs on P0 2. The serial output. You need to tackle one at a time! I suggest you start with a program that simply transmits a constant stream of 'A's (or whatever). Then, once you know that all your serial output hardware & software works, you can move on to the inputs... |
