#85226 - Prototype PWBs Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Erik makes a great point about the prototype services available on the internet. I am not recommending either of these, but here are two examples.
http://www.pcbnet.com/ http://www.pcb4u.com/ I will tell you this. If you use their "special" or "low cost" service, you should still expect to spend US$150 to US$200, and you should be prepared to wait several weeks to get your boards in hand. Also, there are specifications you must meet in order to qualify for the "special" price and there is a guy there whose job is to find an excuse to charge you more. Familiarize yourself with the requirements and design to them. And if they find something that disqualifies your board, cancel the order and fix the design. Don't let them push you into paying the higher price. |
