First you should look up Propeler Clock.
I would recommend Looking in the Yahoo Group "NeoNixie".
You can get some insight in to making any CPU clock.
Plus Propeller Clocks are OT there.
Avoid just copying the code (assuming you can find 8051 code)
copying may get you a grade, but it will not help you long term.
