AD7751AN is available in Mumbai(India) at Lamington Road,

I paid Rs.150 /IC
Also analog device gives you 2 sample ic's if you ask for them from their site,it's a ssop you need to get a ssop board from vishaworld.com so you can mount it easily.

It takes a week to get the IC's from analog devices
