#86704 - GUI and LCD for 8052 |
Hey guys, I was wondering if I could use your expert advice. I’ve been working off and on for a year on a project, redesigning and adding on to it. Now I have an opportunity to finish it but I’ve run into a few snags. If all goes well this project will have a more posts here.
The project is based on the DS89C450 currently running at 11.5902 mhz. If I have to I could bump it to the max 33mhz but I want to start small and work up as needed. I want the project to use a 6.4” TFT Touch screen to display a GUI. Ive searched hantronix, optrex, earthlcd, etc.looking for a cheap(less than 200bux) screen with onboard controller and requires no more than 12v DC but can’t seem to find one. Also, has anyone seen a GUI for the 8052? I wanted to make one that uses external memory bitmaps as icons, but haven’t seen anyone try that. I’ve tried searching the internet and this forum but haven’t found what I have been looking for. So I am hoping you guys can help me out. Thanks |
