#86913 - emulator vs chip - experience Responding to: ???'s previous message |
This is a bit beyond Roberts problem, but let me summarize:
emulator works, chip does not, what have I seen: a) Reset (emulator isolated from reset pin and works). b) Pullups (emulator "pull better" than chip). c) clock/crystal (the emulator uses internal). d) timing right on the edge. e) configuration errors (emulator set to internal memory when MMIO used) b) and d) can show up between 2 different chips as well Erik |
