#87383 - What is less pain?
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Depends on the state of project.

Furthermore, I have the pcb prototypes, I'd love to recycle them with minor changes.
If no or little code has been written, or is very simple and/or in C or similar; and if it is a hobby project or only a few pieces are to be made; it is surely less pain to invert the reset (which might be already available nearby, as many reset chips have both outputs) than to redesign the whole board or to try to stick a SMD part (SiLabs) somehow.
The LPC parts surely don't fit as Sebastian needs many pins (and LPC=Low Pin Count :-)
