#87602 - 8051 I/O port data rate |
I'm working on a project where I could expect a lot of data to have to flow through my 8051. I plan to connect Port 1 to an FPGA both to send data to the FPGA and also to receive data from it that will be sent out of the serial port to the main computer. Can anybody tell me what would be the max data rate I could expect from port 1? I checked the Aeroflex datasheet for it and could find nothing.
