#87605 - Baud rate Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Which derivative? 12 clock, 6 clock, 4 clock, 2 clock, 1 clock? crystal?
the most important thing is what baud rate do you want to send? you can achieve 115200 baud = 115.2 Kbps with an 8052 and a crystal of 11.0592 Mhz http://www.keil.com/c51/baudrate.asp With more speed you must be careful with the cable i suppose, i have heard you shouldn't use flat cable for high speed and cable should be short |
