What you meant is connect the 7 pins all to port 0 only? is that true? As we know, port 0 need a pull up resister with Vcc if function as Data (I/O) port.
So my question is,
1.)whether all pins of port 0 should connect to VCC and resistors, and the Keypad Row also connect VCC with Resistor before connect to Port 0? (according to data sheet, keypad row should connect to Vcc)
2.)Will this affect the port 0 as address line function? (since I
am using fully external memory only)
3.)The connection is between Latch (373) and Mcu or After Latch (373) with Mcu?
4.) LCD juz connect straight to the port 1 and port 3 as stated, nothing to worry right?
5.)Other than address for storing the program, in lcd_kepad.asm, there is nothing much to modify or add right?
