All pins of port 0 must be pulled up with 10k res.
and keypad rows is too, If you use port 0 as address line function then if a key is pressed maybe an error is occurred. assume the address is 10011110b and you press key 1 on keypad.then address changed to 10001110b this is a fatal error. ucontroller can drive lcd directly other things can easily find on www |
