#89314 - amps
Responding to: ???'s previous message
I looked at the spec sheet for the AT89C51SND1C today, and it appears that it operates normally at 25mA, and it doesn't look like it can go much higher than 30mA. The drive looks like it needs 424mA at the max, and 24mA at the min.

I realize that this makes little to no sense since i'm trying to hook up a hard disk to this chip when it looks like it clearly won't work. what baffles me is that Atmel claims to have support for a hard drive when using this board appropriately. I still have yet to find a configuration that will work.
