Datasheet on page 15 said:
Connect MODE1 to GND and MODE0 to VCC for multiplexed parallel mode.

Then connect ALE to ALE, AD7-0 to P0.7-P0.0, /WR to /WR, /RD to /RD, /CS to your address decoder (or to GND if this is the only external-memory-mapped peripheral) and you are done.

What is unclean here?
