For field upgrades, it is IMHO better to write your own "bootloader"
Better? If you can make the existing bootloader work (with NoTouch added) with your serial connection as is, why on earth waste time writing your own? Of course, if you have to load a device by some means not supported by the manufactureres bootloader, you will have to roll your own. Erik |
