#91551 - Digital transistors Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I went throught the above posts randomly, and I was surprised to find that digital transistors were not discussed!
The following are easily available (in India) at a very very low price and small size (SOT23), UN2213, PDTA114ET, PDTC114ET, DTA143EK, RN1404, RN2404, 2N2222A etc are some of them. Googling with these part numbers will get you the data sheet. These have built in current limit and bias resistors. All my boards are designed with these and I have using them, since the last 3 years. Regards, John. |
