I do not think so. This is a device programmer

It appears to have a 40 pin ZIF socket so you will need adaptors for anything else.

(3) Whether all 51 variants ATMEL , Phillips , ST , Cyganal etc covered? and also PIC , AVR , ARM ,ST & other popular non 51 mcu covered?
