The hex file we have is the latest hex file provided to us by Philips, and contains all the bug fixes, etc. People have used the hex file and it works fine. Older versions being distributed may not match up with the hardware descriptions in the Philips ICP application note or may have software bugs that stop the bridge code from working proplerly with Flash Magic.
