I've thought about doing exactly what you did: Usig the on chip ram as non volataile, powered by a lithium cell or a supercap.
1) I did not do that, just saw the solution to the OP. 2) I would skip the power down supply and just move all to an EEPROM on power down (interrupt on voltage before power reaservoir cap disappearing) and then restore on power up. Erik |
