#92780 - i tried this...
Responding to: ???'s previous message
I thought, it could be possible to use an external oscillator to feed the clock input of the '51 and gate its clocks by the powerfail detector's output

I tried to disconnect clock source and when using AT89S8252 the current consumption is about 6.5mA (cleared all bits of the ports, microcontroller is executing AJMP $).
