i do the following hardware configuration

MCU serial modem

TX ----------> TX
RX ----------> RX
GND ---------> GND

RTS,CTS,DSR,DTR,RI and CD I don't know how to connect it !
the baudrate is 9600

if any one have another configuration working please tell me
