#93711 - Maybe!
Responding to: ???'s previous message
James
You can select a part of your code (or complete if it is possible)
And put your circuit in a bred board,
in this situation you have some more possibility
Change your ic's to check result
Change your crystal to check result
And some other elements
if in one of above sitiation your circuit worked safely in main board
Change that element but if a same result occurred
then the problem is from your soldering and you must
resoldering your board
