You must consider write cycle time,it is very important to complete write cycle
If you see the 24c256's datasheet,then find maximum time of a write cycle is 10 ms at 5,2.5 volt and 20 ms at 1.8 volt But you only have 5 msec in your code secondly,what is you aim from writing 0x55AA to a certain memory location? Regards |
