There are multiple manufacturers for the 24xx01/02/04[A] family of parts. It is likely that the write cycle time may vary widely from part to part and manufacturer to manufacturer. For example see the data sheet snippett from Microchip. Here a 24C04A is shown having a max write time of 1 msec.
This demonstrates how important it is to specify mfg, full part numbers, and look at specific data sheets. Michael Karas |
