I have to dissagree with eric on the 5volt/3.3 volt issue where altera fpgas are concerned they are much better at being actualy 5 volt compatable when running from a 3.3 volt i/o voltage.I havent ever had to use a level shifter with altera devices whereas you always need one with xilinx devices. |
