Dear Craig and 8052.com users,
This site is one of the principal sources of information on the '51 platform on the internet. While here in the Forum, a lot of interesting and relevant information is discussed, often concerning the newest parts and tools available; I see some stagnation on the "stable" content of the site - the pages accessible from the left bar, mainly the Tutorials, FAQs, Chips, Links. This might be partially due to the work needed to make a contribution. Also, some of the information contained there is inaccurate or erratic; but it is not easy to change or correct it. Wouldn't be the wiki "technology" or approach worth considering, as a way how to improve these things, and at the same time, reducing the load on the Webmaster? Jan Waclawek |
