I did my last project using 89C2051 which will work from 2.7-6V. In the same mindset, I used 3.3V for 89S52 also. I will increase the voltage to 5V and set the driver separately for 3.3V.
I operated 89S52 at 5V and LCD at 3.3V. But, since the port pins will be at 5V for logic high and LCD controller is running at 3.3V, I changed both of them to 3.3V. Thanks Ijaz for pointing out this. Vignesh. |
